There is a hold placed on the book by another library patron. There are a few possible reasons why this may have happened:ġ. You will know that the renewal did not take place if instead of a new due date, the computer says Not Renewed in the Renewal Status column. If the item cannot be renewed (see below for reasons why this may be the case), you will get a message saying so. Step 4: If the renewal is successful, you will see a message indicating that your item has been renewed along with a new due date. To renew your items, click on the Renew button next to the title. Step 3: On the top right hand corner of the screen, click on the My Borrower's Account link. Step 2: Enter your student number (or if you are a library member, the number under your library card barcode) and your password in the spaces provided, then click on Sign In. ![]() Step 1: Go to My Borrower's Account (link also available on the Tyndale Library homepage). Note: In order to renew library materials online, you must first set up your online borrower's account. After the two renewals, the item must be returned to the library. The library policy allows a maximum of two renewals per item as long as another person has not requested for the item. ![]()
